We provide professional consultative and technical expertise from technology conversions, to simply being your extra set of eyes, ears and hands in the helicopter (executive level), or in the weeds (management/supervisory level). Organizational Development & Management Training We will provide you with a management and leadership development plan that may include a focus on the development and evolution of your organization and its leaders, interpersonal relationships and team dynamics at all levels, as well as insights into the perception of the organizational climate and the social network linkages between the team and other groups within the organization.

AdvocacyAs your advocate, we work with you to promote the elimination of statutory and regulatory barriers that would hinder efficient operations, innovation and greater consumer confidence in your business or industry. Client/Issue Representation We provide public testimony before city, county, and state committees, commissions and official public hearings regarding public policy that may affect the outcome of our client’s business. We plan and attend meetings or events for our clients specifically for the purposes of business and relationship development.
